It is necessary to post this in several places because I am reclaiming what has always been mine and what will always be mine because I create the works of them and keep them on line and pay for them, and write for them, and research for them, and paint the paintings that you see posted on my websites with my name on them. I am also the only legal, as in authorized Registered Agent of these works and that term has a meaning in the laws of every nation. That means I am the only person authorized to make any contracts on behalf of Life Media & Publishing LLP, or words that WORK LLP or Tapestry of LIFE TV LLP or gloriapoole.com and the works of my name. The fact that liars, thieves, hackers tried to steal my works is not a new thing for me or anyone who has ever produced any intellectual property. All artists with any substantial body of work have to contend with those who want to steal what is not theirs and who are lazy,shiftless and on drugs to steal what others produced. Update as of Dec 31, 2007: There is NO person by the name of Pappas in any way involved in any of the works of Life Media & Publishing LLP, nor of words that WORK LLP, nor of Tapestry of LIFE TV LLP. Neither is there any person by the name of Dana involved in any of these works. I divorced in Oct, 2007, case number 2007DR1338 in Arapahoe County Colorado, and resumed my maiden name of Gloria Poole. I have notified my hosting companies of this fact, but some are discriminatory and think that women are too stupid to write or publish and assume wrongfully that there must be a male involved, or they have allowed a person not associated with this work in any way to deceive them. There is no male involved in this work and that has been true from the beginning of these works. My EX-husband proved himself to be untrustworthy, unreliable, a swindler, liar, thief, cocaine addict,an abuser of me, who for five years was unfortunately married to him, and the law records prove that he is a habitual law-breaker. Therefore, since I own these works, began these works, created the names of them and the work of them and registered them with the State of Colorado [first in GA for one of them in the 90's before I ever knew him], I NEVER gave him any authority in any way for any of these works. That is not to say that he did not try to steal them by outright stealing my US mail, by diverting the US mail by putting in change of address to where he lives even though he is divorced from me, by bribing officials, by every treacherous method known to human kind including threatening my life repeatedly, harming me, harassing me, intimidating me, creating so much chaos and confusion that it was difficult to function, by destroying two computers, by downloading ungodly content by hacking into my computers after midnight, by impersonating me late at night actually telling long distance providers that he was me, etc,etc,etc, --the wicked have no morals whatsoever. The reason he thinks he has gotten away with this behaviour is because he gives intimate massages to rich folks, who have much power in Denver and are willing to bribes officials to help him. He said he routinely bribes Denver Police, Judges, and other agencies' staff. It is shameful to have to write this but as ugly as the facts are, there is no getting around it. In order for providers of services and the public not to be deceived by a man who is totally without morals of any kind, and who does not believe either the Ten Commandments nor the civil or criminal laws apply to him because he thinks of himself as god, this awful statement of testimony against him and denunciation of him as being in any way involved in any of these works, is necessary. I denounce Mr Dana Pappas completely and I am publicly telling him and anyone else that IF he continues to attempt to steal from me personally, or my work, there is going to be a JUDGEMENT DAY and he is going to go to the federal penitentiary if my testimony will send him there.

The US Constitution and the Amendments to that, have the foundation of the right to life for all humans. The 14th Amendment in particular gives civil liberties to all citizens. Citizens in the womb are also citizens, and they should be automatically protected by the 14 Amendment and the full faith and credit clause of the US Constitution to provide all resources of the US government to protect those innocents.
The words "separation of church and state" do not exist in any of the U S founding documents, but the wicked groups like the ACLU, and the groups that profit from the killing of innocents* have tried to pervert the words of the US Constitution.
*The groups that propagandize for and profit from killing are: Planned Parenthood, the Center for Reproductive Rights headquartered in NYC, The US Department of Education, the SIECUS circle of atheistic groups, the ACLU, NARAL, the humanistic groups, the gay and lesbian groups. These groups should be defunded and removed as tax-exempt status in the IRS Treasury Department of the US. Killing of innocents is a not a charity.

I thank you for your continued readership. I have so much trouble trying to make changes to my work on this site because of illegal interferences, through the US Congress's and certain Legislators attempting to control and censor what was written about them. The prodeathers don't want anyone to know that they are prodeathers and they use deceit, treachery, thieving, and propaganda to attempt to trick the public. However, in my work, I do all possible to name and shame those Legislators who profit from the killing of innocents in the womb, praying that the good citizens won't vote for evil. More ways they attempted to prevent my work included closing my previous bank accounts x 2 through Congressional interference, and blocking the news sources to me on line, and controlling or attempting to control what words I could write and have published. My previous bank accounts were closed this past May illegally after I published information about Congresswoman Diane DeGette, legislator from hell, I call her, and also that Jezebel Hillary Clinton and that wicked John Kerry. I had to open other accounts. I know that many nations of the world and also many journalists have suffered more harassment and persecution than I have, so my telling you about these events, is for the purpose of documenting the deeds of the wicked so they won't prevail.

The State of Colorado is a very corrupt State. My ex-husband has been arrested THREE Times, is a felon, was allowed THREE plea bargains, is on Probation in Arapahoe County, and is in contempt of Court again, for not doing what two different Judges told him to do.In the past year, he has violated about ten laws that I know of. His entire so-called punishment for using cocaine was being forced to attend "feel good"sessions where he sat around with his other FELONS and talked about ways for them to "feel good" about their law-breaking and their drug habits. He was arrested TWICE for domestic violence against me and I called 911 about 5 times other than those times. He is an example of what Arapahoe County Colorado calls 'justice". The Judges in that County and also Denver County ignored the state's laws, refused to deal with the domestic violence issues,though the State law says any Judge in any Court in any County must deal with those issues, did not follow the rules of procedure for due process for the innocent party [the victim, in this case, me] , held secretive hearings without notifying me, refused to act on the motions I filed, acknowledged that he lied in Court but did nothing about it, and attempted to discriminate against me by requiring that I type my motions while accepting my ex-husband's chicken-scratching writing for his motions; and they did not allow me to submit medical evidence about my fractured ankle saying it was "not relevant" to divorce. It was RELEVANT as far as I am concerned and is the predominant reason why I did not want to contest the divorce. My ex-husband said he would rather have cocaine than a wife, therefore he is gone from my life.However his expensive bribes to Judges, law clerks and lawyers [what he said] no doubt have allowed him via the Court system to repeatedly drag me into Court which is necessary if I hope to get some form of justice for the domestic violence against me, the fractured ankle, the use of the Courts to harass me ,[ in Court probably 10 times since last May 06 when he was arrested the second time for attempting to kidnap me in the Arapahoe County Courthouse parking lot, after telling me he'd 'cut my throat" and I refused to get in his car.] . As a result of his law-breaking, I had to give testimony, and file motions to ask Judge to enforce the JUDGE'S orders! ] It is ridiculous what parades as "justice" in this state.
The reason this is relevant to this website and my work is because that same cocaine-addict, felon, con-man, thief, liar and reprobate still has a massage therapy license and still has an anger problem and still endangers the public. I know his anger and temper fits first hand. To attempt to force the State to do some thing that actually remediates or punishes him, is pushing my endurance to the limit in every way. I should just think "what's it to me if he kills someone as long as it's not me, or my kids?" That is the way the Judges think about it with their hands held out for bribes [according to what that same liar ex-husband said, and so take that with a grain of salt]. I also know that when he is angry he uses his enormous strength and the pretense of giving a massage to inflict pain, and suffering to bring under domination his victim. He purposely twisted my ankle, in August 2006,immediately after I had crashed down the stairs when he was violating the mandatory protection act intended to protect me from him, and displaced the comminuted trimalleolar and fibula fracture so that my surgeon had trouble finding the bone pieces and getting them into alignment and had to use nails,screws and metal plate to align them.
This whole entire issue of whether Colorado is going to be a haven for drug dealers and cocaine addicts is the agenda for The Denver Post, who is heavily promoting the idea of so-called 'medicinal" illegal drug use. The Registered Nurse in me hates the idea of legalizing that killer drug of cocaine. One of the reasons that this matters is because it matters to the future of many,many children and teenagers who read the news, hear it on the news and then wonder why they have to abide by the State laws, if servants of rich men [my ex-husband] don't have too? Also it matters because of people like me,who have suffered MUCH because of a cocaine addict. IS it the duty of governments to protect those who are h--- bent on destroying themselves, like cocaine-addicts, and in that process taking along as many innocent people with them as possible, to destruction? Or is it the duty of governments to protect the innocents? That is the whole question.
